Lichen’s savory 2016 Pinot Gris offers tropical notes and white pepper in the nose. Floral stone fruits compliment the bite of Granny Smith apple in the midpalate. A light touch of residual sugar and partial malolactic fermentation offsets the racy acidity. Finishes dry.
